go to settings>lock screen>lock screen options>select the options you need on the lock screen
screen shot with swiping your hand is an option you have to tick under settings.
for the apps or widgets? go to the apps center and on the top there should be two tabs. one says widgets and one says apps. go to either one and select any of the things you want to add and tap and hold it. after that just move it to where you want it to be placed. I like your name.
you can go to your app drawer (via the “apps” button with many squares), then just hold your finger on an icon you want to add. You can swipe to the widgets section and hold your finger on the widget you want.
Alternatively, on your home screen, just hold your finger on a blank space and you will get a menu to add stuff.

I just got a Note 2 from Verizon. There is no Samsung Apps (or I can not find it) on the phone and the Samsung webpage says that it is not compatible with the phone (SCH-I605). Samsung’s Photo Editor is not on the phone or in the GooglePlay app. Do you know what this is about. I really enjoyed the video and used the “pause” button to try the feature out on my phone.

There is feature in the phone .. that is… when phone is locked and you put your palm on the top.. it should show missed call status battery etc.. but it works sometimes and not alwys.. the blue light on the top blinks and nothing happens..please suggest.

Hi Sukesh.. Found ur videos really helpful.. I downloaded the app “light flow lite” but the led display does not show red light during charging or change when charging is completed. . In settings>display>led the settings are already checked, and also in light flow app i have set it up. Still i dont see the light. how to fix this? Can u please help!
